Extra Space Storage – Leander

The developer of this site, Leon Capital Group, is a high-performing investment company with a focus on real estate based out of Dallas, Texas. The project scope for this building consisted of the design of a new 3-story, 108,000 SF storage facility in Leander, Texas. Following the design, it became a prototype for future Extra Space Storage facilities, and because of this, our main focus was achieving an optimal design that can be easily used in different sites in Texas and other states.
