Palmilla Beach Rowhouses
Completed in 2017, this four-unit rowhouse complex is another part of the Palmilla Beach community in Port Aransas. Each rowhouse includes approximately 1,550 square feet of conditioned space.-
The units are identical in plan with the only design variations being entrance elevation features, dormers, and end-unit projections. Each unit included a design option for a loft over the second floor living space.
