Legacy Crossings

The client’s vision was to create a 500 acre master-plan that would create a new town center for this small community in southeast Missouri. He worked with MODOT to design a new exit/entry overpass on Hwy 67, and he also spoke with the regional hospital facility to relocate and develop a new healthcare campus, as well as incorporating other elements like 250,000 SF of retail and pad sites, 100,000 SF of office, 200 units of multi-family and single family housing, and new school athletic facilities.
