This ground up retail facility in Red Oak, Texas (a Dallas suburb) entails development of a 4.18 acre site with 40,000 SF of leasable retail space. The south end of the facility was designed to house one anchor tenant in 10,000 GSF, with a 20’ clear height. Construction includes a steel frame, light gauge studs, and storefront infill. A combination of stucco, brick, and stone complete the exterior design.
