Merriman Pitt/Anderson (MPA) is proud to announce the recent completion of the Austin Telco Headquarters tenant improvement project in Austin, Texas. Our Interior Team completed improvements on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building that totaled 30,000 SF as well as adding canopy covers to the top floor of the parking garage. The space includes lobbies on each floor, a coffee bar, a large break room, training room, conference rooms, open and private offices, and plenty of workspaces.
