We are excited to announce that Phase 2 of Million Air Austin is officially under construction! This phase is an expansion of the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located at the Austin Airport and will add 120,000 square feet of new hangars, in addition to over 530,000 square feet of ramp space and over 200 additional parking spaces. Additionally, over 30,000 square feet of new departure lounges and office spaces will be added to the site. To meet the client's desire for sustainability, rooftop solar arrays will sit on all new hangars, and a wetlands preservation initiative has begun in partnership with the City of Austin.
The goal of this expansion is to meet growing demand for daily operations and special events, with a focus on optimizing the experiences of both passengers and crews. After the expansion is complete, Million Air Austin will have over 1,000,000 square feet of ramp space, contributing to its growth as the leading FBO in the area.
