Merriman Pitt/Anderson (MPA) is proud to announce the recent completion of this Niagara Water Bottling plant for Bo Knows Water! Properties in Opelika, Alabama. This water bottling production and distribution facility boasts over 500,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in East Alabama. Our work for them was divided into two phases of design construction, starting with work on the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk, followed by production area improvements. Our experience in the industrial field has grown exponentially because of projects like this, and we are excited to continue growing into bigger and better projects in the future.
