Merriman Pitt/Anderson (MPA) is excited to announce that The Saint June apartments in Austin, TX have received a 3-star Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) rating, and the project was recently featured in the October AEGB newsletter. With Lake | Flato Architects as the Design Architect, we served as the Architect of Record for these apartments, which include efficient lighting, appliances, and ventilation systems. Additionally, the site design preserves 85% of the site’s natural landscape.
