Merriman Pitt/Anderson (MPA) is proud to announce the recent completion of the Renaissance Apartments at Lakeshore in Port Arthur, TX. This multi-family project is located in the heart of Port Arthur’s historic downtown district, and it is part of the area’s master planned revitalization. This site includes one- and two-bedroom apartment units, townhomes, a leasing office, and green space intended for community events. The wood-framed apartments drew inspiration from French Creole architecture by utilizing various fiber cement colors and patterns. A garden style site configuration encouraged an organic layout and free airflow through the building breezeways.
