Yaupon by Agave

These three buildings comprise the second phase of the Agave Lofts live/work, a walk-up condo development in New Braunfels, Texas. There are seven one-bedroom units, seven two-bedroom units, and three one-bedroom units. Each unit has a private balcony or porch, depending on its location. An outdoor pool, covered grill area, shaded parking, and a dog park are amenities that serve these newer buildings, as well as buildings from the first phase of this development. The development is distinguished by clean lines, simple roof structures, high-contrast neutral coloring, and modern details.
