Aloft Hotel – Lubbock
This 5-story hotel is located in the West End shopping and entertainment district of Lubbock, Texas at Loop 289 & 34th Street. At the time of construction, it was the only hotel at this location, supporting retails stores such as Nike, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Gap, and Cabela’s. Texas Tech University is a short 10 minute drive away. The structure of the hotel utilizes light gauge wall framing with a pre-cast concrete plank floor and roof structure, in addition to the prototype EIFS and aluminum panel exterior.
The hotel has 136 keys, a full fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and hotel patron bar with a courtyard, rounding out the services for this facility.
