Avis Budget Group Repair Facility

This project consisted of the design of a car maintenance facility in central Ohio, including 3,500 SF of office space and 10,500 SF of automotive maintenance space. Included in the maintenance area is a wash bay, as well as 8 vehicle lifts. Also on the site is a fuel island. A main goal of this project was to create a prototypical design for the Avis Budget Group to use in future facility designs.
