Dittmar Office Buildings
The Dittmar Office Complex consists of three office buildings. The current greenfield site is heavily covered in trees and other vegetation. We have worked closely alongside city representatives and the owner to determine a mutually agreeable site plan solution.
When completed, Building 1 will contain 25,500 SF of parking garage and 46,000 SF of office space above. The parking level is constructed of CIP concrete with steel and light gauge metal framing above. Buildings 2 and 3 were completed in 2021 and hold roughly 12,000 SF and 11,500 SF respectively of office use. Both buildings are 2 stories of wood frame construction with adjacent surface parking.
