Extra Space Storage – Leander

Leon Capital Group is a high-performing investment company with a focus on real estate based out of Dallas, Texas. Project scope consisted in the design of a new 3 story 108,000 SF storage facility in Leander, Texas. Achieving optimal design and use of construction and building systems were key in the project due to the prototype development intent of this self-storage facility.
