GinTX Village

The Owners desired to create a live-work artisans village in the heart of downtown Elgin, TX, utilizing the 3 acre historic cotton gin property as its beginning basis. The gin building itself will house the Center for Architectural Craft, with twenty-five new live-work units of sizes varying from 1,500 SF to 7,500 SF. Other amenities on the site include The Commons, The Monarch Butterfly Pavilion, Rainwater Collection Stations and Community Gardens.
