Las Colinas Offices
This office building was designed to be the headquarters for the State Bank of Texas. The first floor was designed as a working bank, accessible to the public, with bank-specific offices and other offices in the remaining 9 stories. The building is designed to comply with the 8 story height minimum in the Las Colinas development, reaching a total of 10 stories. Each floor is about 13,800 SF, totaling 138,000 SF of usable bank and office space. The form of site was shifted to create outdoor balconies that provide green areas for employees to enjoy fresh air, trees, and views of the city.
