This office building will be the new headquarters for the State Bank of Texas. The first floor will be a working bank , accessible to the public, with bank and other offices in the remaining 9 stories. The building is designed to comply with the 8 story height minimum in the Las Colinas development, reaching a total of 10 stories. Each floor is about 13,800SF, totaling 138,000SF of usable bank and office space. The form of site is shifted to create outdoor balconies that provide space for green areas for employees to enjoy fresh air, trees, and views of the city.
