LasikPlus – Downtown Austin

Located on the 3rd floor of the R/GA office building in downtown Austin, this project involved the reconfiguration of the entire floor for use by LasikPlus. The scope of work included demolition of non-load-bearing interior walls and updating finishes, subdividing the remaining space into different areas to be used by other future tenants. LasikPlus is occupying 5,390 square feet, while 1,852 square feet remains unfinished, to later be used by other tenants.

The space occupied by LasikPlus includes a reception area, exam rooms, diagnostic rooms, a centralized OR (clean room only) with adjacent pre-op and post-op waiting rooms, and two unisex restrooms.
