Legacy Crossings

The client desired to create a 500 acre master-plan that would create a new town center for this small community in southeast Missouri. He is working with MODOT to create a new exit/entry overpass on Hwy 67, is in discussions with the regional hospital facility to relocate and develop a new healthcare campus, and include other uses such as 250,000 SF of retail and pad sites, 100,000 SF of office, 200 units of multi-family and single family housing, and new school athletic facilities.
