Lincoln Property Company requested interior design and finish-out drawings for their new downtown Austin office in the 5th & Colorado tower. The 4800 SF space was outfitted with 11 private offices, Reception space, a Board Room, a Conference Room, and Break, File/Copy rooms.
It also includes space for a dozen cubicles for existing staff and temporary hotel-ing use. Located on the 12th floor, it has commanding views of Congress Avenue one block to the east, and Lady Bird Lake located 5 blocks to the south.
