This project is comprised of a 41,000 SF, 98-key hotel. Located in the quickly growing southeast area of Austin, this building sits adjacent to the Austin Bergstrom International Airport and within the Riverside Drive overlay district. The City’s Sub-chapter E design requirements, and the subdivision’s own exterior design committee formulated much of the exterior massing, fenestration, and material requirements on this project.
