Niagara – Alabama

This 504,000 SF project consisted of a new water bottling production and distribution facility for Bo Know Water! Properties, LLC. The project is located in Opelika, Alabama and was divided into multiple phases, beginning with the warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk, then moving onto later phases that included production area improvements. Over 60 overhead doors span one of the exterior walls of this plant, one of which includes a ramp for grade loading. On the interior of the building, a 32-foot high ceiling spans the warehouse.
