Niagara – Florida

This project consists of a new 554,095 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Water-Ade Properties, LLC. The project is located in Middleburg, FL and will be divided into three phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements. Phase three represents a future shell expansion which will add an extra 244,920 GSF to the facility.
