Niagara – Florida

This project consisted of a new 554,095 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Water-Ade Properties, LLC. The project is located in Middleburg, FL and was divided into three phases. Phase one represented the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represented the production area improvements. Phase three represented a future shell expansion which added an extra 244,920 GSF to the facility.
