Niagara – Pennsylvania – Hazle Township

Our client asked us to design a new 806,972 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Warrior Trail Properties, LLC. This project is located in Hazle Township, PA and consisted of three phases. Phase one represented the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represented the production area improvements. Phase three represented a shell expansion, adding an extra 380,640 GSF.
