This project consists of a new 424,371 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Kansas City Missouri Properties, LLC. The project is located in Kansas City and consists of two phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements.
