Our client asked us to design a new 405,181 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Viva Bulgaria, LLC. This project is located in North Las Vegas, and its construction consisted of two phases. Phase one represented the site, warehouse shell, office area and check-out kiosk, while phase two represented the production area improvements.
