Our client asked us to design a new 405,181 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Viva Bulgaria, LLC. This project is located in North Las Vegas and will consist of two phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements.
