Our client asked us to design a new 454,480 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Blitz Burgh Properties, LLC. This project is located in Findlay Township, PA and consisted of two phases. Phase one included the site, warehouse shell, office area, and shipping office. Phase two included the production area improvements.
