Our client asked us to design a new 503,763 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Slow and Low Properties, LLC. This project is located in Florence, SC, and will consist of three phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements. Phase three represents a shell expansion which will add an extra 239,200 GSF.
