Niagara – Texas – Baytown

This project consists of a new 611,520 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Moon Tower Properties, LLC. The project is located in Baytown, Texas and will be divided into two phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements.
