Niagara – Texas – Temple

This project consists of a new 554,155 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Tanglefoot Properties LLC. The project is located in Temple, TX and was divided into three phases. Phase one represented the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represented the production area improvements. Phase three represented a shell expansion, adding an extra 174,304 GSF.
