Niagara – Texas – Temple

This project consists of a new 554,155 GSF water bottling production and distribution facility for Tanglefoot Properties LLC. The project is located in Temple, TX and will be divided into three phases. Phase one represents the site, warehouse shell, office area, and check-out kiosk. Phase two represents the production area improvements. Phase three represents a future shell expansion which will add an extra 174,304 GSF.
