Palmilla Beach Fairway Townhomes

Designed to be another piece of the Palmilla Beach community in Port Aransas, these five townhomes contain 16 units. Each townhome has either 1,800 square feet or 2,200 square feet of conditioned space. The units are identical in plan but have different exterior features to provide some variety in the designs. In each of these units, the covered carports, built-in storage cubbies, and en suite bathrooms provide consistent features to serve guests, while the large windows and spacious balconies provide views of the golf course. To take an interpersonal approach, we created an open kitchen, living, and dining layout to encourage guests to connect in the space. Overall, the goal of these townhomes was to create relaxing and luxurious spaces for guests to unwind together after days at the beach.
