Palmilla Beach Rowhouses
This project was one of several for Palmilla Beach in Port Aransas. Our firm designed a four-unit rowhouse complex, each having approximately 1,550 square feet of conditioned space.
The units are identical in plan with the only design variations being entrance elevation features, dormers, and end-unit projections. Each unit will include a design option for a loft over the second floor living space.
