Palmilla Beach – The Duets

Just one part of our firm’s work for the Palmilla Beach community, The Duets are approximately 1,833 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a bonus sleeping nook and 2 car garage. To set the three duplexes apart, our architects paid special attention to the rail and porch designs, siding and cladding pattern, stucco wing walls and fence design.
