Penske Truck Leasing

The facility is comprised of a 20,000 GSF building that includes 6,800 SF of offices and a rental center in the front, and 13,200 SF of service and wash bays immediately behind. There is also a fueling island that provides unleaded and diesel fuels for the rental fleet vehicles maintained on site. In the years leading up to this design, Penske went through a retrofit process of existing maintenance facilities to provide service to natural gas fueled vehicles. MPA has provided consulting and design services for multiple Penske locations, completing ground up construction, rehabilitation on existing facilities, and implementation of the natural gas retrofit in Texas and Oklahoma.
