The facility is comprised of a 20,000 GSF building housing 6,800 SF of offices and rental center in the front, and 13,200 SF of Service and Wash Bays immediately behind. There is also a fueling island that provides unleaded and diesel fuels for the differing rental fleet vehicles maintained on site. Over the past few years, Penske has also gone through a retro-fit process of existing maintenance facilities to provide service to natural gas fueled vehicles. mp/a has provided consulting and design services for multiple locations for ground up construction, rehabilitation on existing facilities, and implementation of the natural gas retrofit in Texas and Oklahoma.
