The facility is comprised of a 20,000 GSF building housing 6,800 SF of offices and rental center in the front, and 13,200 SF of Service and Wash Bays immediately behind. There is also a fueling island that provides unleaded and diesel fuels for the differing rental fleet vehicles maintained on site. Over the past few years, Penske has also gone through a retro-fit process of existing maintenance facilities to provide service to natural gas fueled vehicles. MPA has provided consulting and design services for multiple locations for ground up construction, rehabilitation on existing facilities, and implementation of the natural gas retrofit in Texas and Oklahoma.
