Prime Multi-Family Headquarters
This project consisted of transforming a guest house and a three car garage into functional and welcoming office spaces for Prime Multi-Family Investors. The two buildings sit adjacent to each other surrounded by trees and a pool with a fountain by one building.
Originally a guest house, we transformed the south building into private office space for the principals of Prime Multi-Family Investors. With the use of glass walls in the office areas, we created an open and inviting feel to the private offices, incorporating them seamlessly with the rest of the space. Both principals have also added decor to their offices, incorporating their individual style to their spaces.
The three-car garage to the north was transformed into another welcoming office space for our client. The task was to create a space with flexible functionality to allow multiple types of work environments (open, private and conference) to exist in one space. The interior finish out of this space is inspired by Rustic Austin with custom furniture, rustic wood accent walls, and Texas-style art.
