This ground up retail facility in Red Oak, Texas (a Dallas suburb) entails development of a 4.18 acre site with 40,000 leasable retail space. The south end of the facility is to house one anchor tenant withing 10,000 GSF, and a 20’ clear height. Construction is to be of steel frame and light gauge studs and storefront infill. A combination of stucco, brick and stone complete the exterior design.
