This interior remodel consists of a tenant improvement for Suite 260B on the 2nd floor of the Balcones Centre building. Previously, the suite was an open space for which MPA added new walls and plumbing. With this new remodel, we have added private offices, a conference room, open office space, and a breakroom, all for a new tenant. Through the remodel, we were able to enhance functionality and design finishes that reflect the new tenant’s branding.
