Siemens Office

The Siemens project was a tenant improvement of two floors located on Bee Cave Road in West Austin, Texas.

For the first floor consisting of 7,868 SF, our office opened up the existing space to create a large open office with breakout space, multiple conference rooms for gathering, and a large break room. The first floor is mainly to fit the needs of full-time employees.

Consisting of 7,420 SF, the second floor is the showpiece floor for all guests who come to the space. It includes a branded entrance, a large boardroom that fits multiple needs, smaller conference rooms for break out space, private offices, a large open office space, and a coffee bar.
