Siemens Office

The Siemens project is a tenant improvement of two floors located on Bee Cave Road in West Austin, Texas.

For the first floor consisting of 7,868 SF, our office opened up the existing space creating a large open office with breakout space, multiple conference rooms for gathering, and a large break room. The first floor is mainly to fit the needs of full-time employees.

For the second floor consisting of 7,420 SF, this is the showpiece floor for all guests who come to the space. Creating a branded entrance, a large boardroom that fits multiple needs, smaller conference rooms for break out space, private offices, a large open office space, and a coffee bar.
