Siemens Office

The Siemens project was a tenant improvement of two floors located on Bee Cave Road in Austin, Texas.

For all 7,868 SF of the first floor, our office opened up the existing space to create a large open office with breakout spaces, multiple conference rooms for gathering, and a large break room. The first floor is mainly to fit the needs of full-time employees.

Consisting of 7,420 SF, the second floor is the showpiece floor for guests to visit. It includes a branded entrance, a large boardroom that fits multiple needs, smaller conference rooms for break out space, private offices, a large open office space, and a coffee bar.
