Studio 6 – San Marcos

Situated in San Marcos, Texas, this 90 unit, three story, combination extended-stay studio and motel is located two miles from Texas State University. This project features a contemporary color palette, façade articulation, and implements Motel 6’s newest prototype. Other guest conveniences include immediate proximity to IH-35 and ample surface parking.
