Studio 6 – San Marcos

Located in San Marcos, Texas, this 90-unit, 3-story, combination extended-stay studio and motel is situated two miles from Texas State University. This project features a contemporary color palette, façade articulation, and implements Motel 6’s newest prototype. Other guest conveniences include adjacent surface parking and immediate proximity to IH-35.
