Sun Valley
This construction was one of the first new buildings in this area in over 30 years. Once a hub of industrial activity on the southeast side of Fort Worth, this location saw a strong resurgence of activity due to this developer’s vision. Sun Valley Industrial Park consists of 24.2 industrial-zoned acres with road and utility infrastructure to serve 27 half-acre lots.
As one piece of a 22-building plan, Phase 1 of the project finished in 2013 and included the first four buildings of the park. This included two 5,000 SF and two 7,500 SF prefabricated metal buildings. Each building was divided in 25% office space and 75% warehouse allowing flexibility for potential warehouse, distribution or manufacturing use. Phase 2 included the design of the next two 12,500 SF buildings.
