Sun Valley
The owner is the first entity to construct new buildings in this area in over 30 years. Once a hub of industrial activity on the southeast side of Fort Worth, this location is seeing a resurgence of activity due to this developer’s vision. Sun Valley Industrial Park consists of 24.2 Industrial zoned acres with road and utility infrastructure to serve 27 half-acre lots.
Part of a total of 22 buildings, Phase 1 of the project finished in 2013 included the first four buildings of the park. This included two 5,000 SF and two 7,500 SF prefabricated metal buildings. Each building is divided in 25% office space and 75% warehouse allowing flexibility for potential Warehouse, Distribution or Manufacturing use. Phase 2 is to be concluded in mid 2017 and includes the next two 12,500 SF buildings.
