The Mercer

The Mercer is a 42-unit, three-story condominium project located in the dense and mixed-use Creekside/Freiheit Village neighborhood of New Braunfels. The project features live/work units on the ground floor with a combination of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom flat floor plans upstairs. The amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with a grill and lounge area, an off-leash dog park, and a relaxing and quiet hammock hangout. Our firm combined clean and modern lines with mercantile and industrial materials like bricks and metal panels to complete the client’s vision for this space. The two-building project is the first condominium project in the area and brings a new lifestyle to the growing New Braunfels community.
