The Trails at Hunter Pointe Apartments
The project consisted of 9 three-story wood-framed apartment buildings with a mixture of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The 200-unit complex includes an on-site leasing office, pool, and gym, among other amenities.
Aesthetically, the apartment buildings are characterized by strong traditional design features, utilizing masonry, cultured stone, and fiber cement siding as complementary materials. Central breezeways bring constant airflow through the middle of the buildings and grant direct exterior access to each apartment unit.
