The Trails at Hunter Pointe Apartments
Our client requested the design of a 200 unit apartment complex and leasing office. The project consists of 9 three-story wood framed apartment buildings with a mixture of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Aesthetically, the apartment buildings are characterized by strong traditional design features utilizing masonry, cultured stone, and fiber cement siding as complimentary materials. Access to the apartments is gained through central breezeways that bring constant airflow through the middle of the buildings and grant direct exterior access to each apartment unit.
